Back Care Tip of the Month

When you are working at the computer take a break every 40 minutes.  Stand up, walk away from the computer, do some gentle stretches then go back to what you were doing.

Do you spend long hours on your computer? Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time can cause problems in your neck, back, arms and hands. To avoid these problems you should take a stretch break every 40 minutes. But the problem is trying to remember to take regular breaks.   RSI Break is a program that will remind you to take a break regularly from your computer. To download it click on the link below:
