| Unless otherwise stated ALL recipes: |
| (a) | Make 23 litres of wonderful beer. |
| (b) | Are in metric and temperatures in centigrade. |
| (c) | Start with 7.6 litres of boil water. |
| (c) | Start with 2.7kgs of malt extract. |
| (d) | Have a rolling boil time of 60 minutes with the lid on. |

| (g) | 215ml dextrose for priming bottles. This equal to 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/4 flat metric cups or about 160gms. Any another amounts you can work out from this. |
