This rather strange discourse is an rather pathetic attempt by William to support his "mystical marriages". No matter how hard he twists and turns the truth, he's got no excuses.

THE POPE HAS SPOKEN

DEDICATED TO POPE INNOCENT III; SAINT THOMAS AQUINAS; SAINT AUGUSTINE.

1st January, 1998

Pope Innocent III supports the 'Little Pebble's Mystical Marriage to Bettina, the Queens and the Princesses.

Over many years now the 'Little Pebble' has become the 'Sign' of a great contradiction because of his second marriage to Bettina while his former wife, Anne, still lives. Even though Heaven supported the 'Little Pebble's' stand in his act of faith, through countless Seers, yet some Seers did not - and even contradicted his claim - and went against him with force. But God showed, clearly, that the 'Little Pebble' did not go against the Teaching of the Church, as was pointed out admirably by Fr. Malcolm Broussard, his Spiritual Director, through the Teachings of Saint Thomas Aquinas.

Then once again God put the 'Little Pebble' to the test when He revealed his role was the New 'Little Abraham' - called to lead the Remnant Church and take unto himself more wives for the future generations to come in the Plan of God, through the various missions of the 12 Queens and Princesses. This revelation caused even more division and confusion amongst the 'Elect' of God, thus causing Seers and people to separate from the 'Little Pebble' - who even claimed that he had fallen and sinned grievously, thus attacking the 'Little Pebble', openly. Yet many Seers continued to support his claims -even new Seers who were raised by God. However, these revelations were once again supported by the same Teachings of the Church as the Mystical Marriage - through Saint Thomas Aquinas.

But people - including several Latter Day Apostles - rejected the evidence of the Church's Teaching, claiming they do not mean the 'Little Pebble', but rather they defend the Prophets of Old, not the Latter Day Apostles. Thus a new chain of persecution was hailed against the 'Little Pebble' - even claiming he had fallen.

Well God in His Goodness has shown the 'Little Pebble' through some very faithful souls, that God's revelation to him is true and justifiable; they found the text from Pope Innocence III, through the Dogmatic Statements of the writings of Henr. Denzinger et Clem. Bannwart S.J. 'Enchiridion Symbolorum' Definitionum et Declarationurn de Rebus Fidei et Morum, which is the Sacred Traditions of the Catholic Church, and must be believed by all Catholics."

In the writings of Pope Innocent III who reigned from 1198-1216, he called the Fourth Lateran Council of 1215, and wrote many teachings on married life, and supported and approved the great Saint Francis of Assisi and Saint Dominic.

In a letter called "Graudemus in Domino" in the year 1201, to the Bishop of Tiberias, he commented, expressly, on the marriage with several women. Amongst others, it said in this letter as follows:

"And nobody ever was allowed to have at the same time several wives - if it was not granted to him by Divine Revelation which, at times, was considered custom, sometimes, law and by which they were excused, just like James (Jacob), from deceit (when he tricked his father, Israel, in pretending he was his brother Esau; the Israelites from theft (when they took Canaan); Simon from murder, as well as the Patriarchs, and other just men, who, as can be read, had several wives at the same time,(were excused) from adultery."

There is much more to this great Pope's writings, which is Dogmatic Teaching. Once again, as previously mentioned, I wish to refer to the writings of Saint Thomas Aquinas. He will again refer to the precedent in Sacred Scripture concerning Abraham and Osee [Hosea] - two Prophets who were given most extraordinary commands by God. To all outward appearances these proposed actions required by God were unlawful. Saint Thomas explains that God's Commands were not unlawful and not sinful either. In reference to Abraham:

"God is Lord of death and life, for by His decree both the sinful and the righteous die. Hence he who is at God's Command kills an innocent man does not sin, as neither does God whose behest he executes: indeed his obedience to God's Commands is a proof that he fears Him." (Part II-II, Q.64 article 6 reply objection 1)

It is always reasonable to obey God's Commands because God's Wisdom is beyond the judgements of men. Saint Thomas explains:

"...Now man's reason is right, in so far as it is ruled by the Divine Will, the first and supreme rule. Wherefore that which a man does by God's Will and in obedience to His command, is not contrary to fight reason, though it may seem contrary to the general order of reason: even so, that which is done miraculously by Divine Power is not contrary to nature, though it be contrary to the usual course of nature. Therefore just as Abraham did not sin in being willing to slay his innocent son, because he obeyed God, although considered in itself it was contrary to fight human reason in general, so, too Osee [Hosea] sinned not, in committing fornication by God's Command .. [Then quoting Saint Augustine] ... When God Commands a thing to be done against the customs, or agreement, of any people, though it were never done by them heretofore, it is to be done; and afterwards he adds: for as among the powers of human society, the greater authority is obeyed in preference to the lesser, so must God in preference to all." [Confessions. IH, 8].

Now I place here Saint Augustine, Doctor of the Church:

"...But when Thou unexpectedly commandest an unusual and unthought-of thing -yea, even if Thou trust formerly forbidden it, and still for the time keepest secret the reason of Thy Command, and it even be contrary to the ordinance of some society of men, who doubts but it is to be done, inasmuch as that society is righteous which serves Thee? But Blessed are they who know Thy Commands! For all things were done by them who served Thee either to exhibit something necessary at the time, or to foreshow tidings to come." [From 'The Confessions of St. Augustine 11I-8]

Here you have sufficient evidence that what the 'Little Pebble' was commanded to do was lawful and just, obeying at all times God, his Creator. Thus there is no new revelation or new teaching that had not happened before.

Therefore, considering all that has now come to light I once again appeal, for the third time, for all Seers and Privileged children and End Day Apostles: to let us bury our differences, our misunderstandings, and work together towards unity. I forgive you and plead with you to forgive each other. Let us now work in the true Christian virtue of charity and harmony to build God's Kingdom on Earth and to help me to lead the Remnant Church upon Earth to its glorious victor), in the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary to the preparation of the Second Coming of Jesus, our Loving Saviour.

However, should you not respond to this appeal made in friendship, then this unity will be forced upon you through God's Justice, and your return will be most difficult and painful - even some will lose their missions, or even their lives. For all have had ample proof to act upon this counsel that the 'Little Pebble' is on the true path - and had never left it; that he has been called to be the 'New Abraham' and the last Pope, to lead God's Remnant Church into the Promised Land.

Let 1998 be the year of unity so that we all become a 'sign' to Holy Mother Church of our sincerity in truth, and that the disbelieving world will accept the Word of God. I send my love and prayers to you all, and God's special Blessing for 1998.

If all respond, I wish to call a meeting of all souls of good will, especially the 'Elect' of God, to come to Australia in October, 1998, for a 'Conference of Unity'.

My own comments are that this is just William and his more dedicated followers trying to excuse William having sex with anyone he wishes. The sexual activities of cult leaders are well known, from Jim Jones, Waco and others. William is just the same.
