Barbecued Blue

Ingredients:
- 6 Blue fillet steaks (or rump cuts will substitute)
Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons of prepared Hot English Mustard
- 6 tablespoons of Eucalyptus or Box Gum Honey
- Generous dash of Worcestishire Sauce
- 3 glasses of a full bodied red wine
- 3 chopped spring onion (chives)
Serves 6.
PREPARATION
Mix the ingredients in a bowl or marinade dish
Marinate the steaks in the mixture for at least 12 hours
COOKING
- Cook over a prepared barbecue ( try hickory sticks for a nice flavour boost) until done to preferred style.
SERVING
- Serve garnished with a salad. Especially good with addition of button mushrooms and cheese cubes.

A full bodied Claret.
