**Next muster - 12 September 2009, South Golf Club**

General Meeting report - Thanks for thoes who made it to the last meeting, and for thoes who forwarded their apologies. Meetings are a great way to express your views for the Clubs' future direction. As of 2009 we will now hold the membership draws at the meetings, if the member is not present, the amount will jackpot to the following meeting. No Executive Meetings will be held unless an urgent matter arises, Members agreed that all business will be discussed at General Meetings. Newsletters will hopefully be out on a regular basis, Musos are asked to also complete a membership form so that we have the correct mailing address/ contact details. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 14 September 2009, 7.00 pm at the Legion Club, Crystal Street.
