Exhibitions of the Guild's work are held periodically, with the main Exhibition being at Darling Harbour Craft Show around the end of June each year.
Other smaller exhibitions are run at Winston Hills and Merrylands Shopping Centres towards the latter half of the year.
One day workshops are held three times a year on a Sunday at special discounted prices for members, which could be anything from a selection of crafts such as basic smocking, vertical smocking, ribbon smocking, picture smocking through to other crafts such as heirloom sewing, applique, bags, tatting, embroidery etc. We try not to limit ourselves to smocking.
The Guild runs regular mini workshops on a variety of crafts at meetings.
A Yulefest is held each July to enable us to share each other's ideas for the Christmas season.
Once a year in August we have an "Open" day where current members help visitors create a sampler of smocked work and get the opportunity to find out what we are about.
Each May we have a members and guests "Weekend Workshop" where we escape from the humdrum of our daily lives to immerse our selves in fun craft projects, good food and like-minded company for the weekend.
