Printing

Choosing the most appropriate method of printing your book will affect its cost, appearance, durability, and ease of reprinting.

Many factors should be considered before choosing a printer. These include:

• whether reprints are likely to be needed

• availability of storage space
• what the buyers are prepared to pay for the book.

Once that decision is made clear specifications and instructions must be written for the printer. The nature of these specifications and instructions will vary depending on the method of printing finally chosen.
