Sutherland Group Meetings: Upcoming Speakers

Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month (except December and January) at 8pm in the Gymea Community Hall, 39 Gymea Bay Road, Gymea.

Wednesday 19 August Sutherland Group meeting: Growing Ferns with Kirril Taylor

Speaker: Kyrill Taylor

Kyrill Taylor, from East Hills Group and recently elected a Life Member of APS, will share his experiences of growing Australian ferns. There’s no better local expert on ferns.

As well as our guest speaker, we have plants for sales from Ausplants Nursery, books to borrow, plant identification, bring and buy table, plant raffle, CDs for sale, a free supper - and friendly people to chat with. Visitors welcome, so bring a friend.

8 pm, Gymea Community Centre, 39 Gymea Bay Rd, Gymea.

Of course this program is always subject to change for a myriad of reasons - probably the main one being the speaker being unable to make it on the night.
