Due to expected limitations in client access, page file size is minimised to maximise page loading speeds. For these reasons, design emphasis has focused on functionality and ease of navigation, rather than high impact graphic design. The use of graphical elements, such as icons and link buttons, and animation effects such as rollover buttons is minimised.
