The TLF Flame shader is protected by international copyright law and is the property of The Logic Foundry.

Permission is granted for use with a legally licensed copy of Caligari trueSpace.

Permission is granted for non-commercial distribution of TLF Flame, e.g. you can give a copy to your friends, but if you want to put a copy on a CD-ROM that you sell or use as a commercial incentive you will have to obtain permission from The Logic Foundry first.

Of course, any artwork/images/animations you create using trueSpace and TLF Flame are yours to do with as you see fit.
