Bulb welded shut

Oven
With all the bricks I had I made an oven powered by BBQ heat beads and off-cut ply. I put a little lead in and after an hour it started to melt.
I welded some feet on so it wouldn't fall over but these were not nearly strong enough. The whole thing started to sink when I had about 700 Kg of molten lead in it. The tail should be full of lead as it was flowing very well when I discovered the sinking problem. The tail was below the lead level when I dismantled the end of the oven to put the jack under it.

Before Closing Full
It took all day to fill and 6 bags of heat beads. I toped off the lead as it cooled and shrank in the dark.
I measured out the lead in 100 Kg batches to keep track of how much was going in, 847 Kg (as measured on a $20 set of bathroom scales). Or did I miss count and therefore have 947 Kg. I thorght I had 1000 Kg ready before the job and I've only got 70 Kg left (not counting the ~200 Kg yet to be melted into muffens in the backgound).
In the morning the bulb was cold and the lead had shrunk away from the sides but I could'nt get any more lead in. I had to chisel some lead out of the aft hole to get the cover on.
