					TurboTop		Savard Software		Make any window stay on top. Places an icon in the system tray, from which you can access a list of windows and toggle their "stay on top" status.

					WinZip		Nico Mak Computing, Inc		Archive utility. Provides an intuitive, Windows-standard interface for working with archives in many formats, with optional browser integration.
					Beyond Compare		Scooter Software		Visual comparison and synchronisation utility for directories and files. The side-by-side viewers feature colour highlighting, definable comparison rules, and manual or automatic synchronisation. Great for source code management (even handles Delphi DFMs sensibly!).
					ClipCache Plus		Xrayz Software		Clipboard extender. The core function is to monitor clipboard activity and provide access to historical clips, but you can also group and save clips, preprocess clipped text, and configure the program to suit both keyboard or mouse use.
					FinePrint		FinePrint Software		Print multiple document pages per printer page from any software. You can preview output, combine documents, delete unwanted pages, and add borders and watermarks. Saves lots of paper, and you can even use it to add a preview facility to programs (like Internet Explorer) that don't include Preview functions of their own.
					OutOfContext		HACE		Adds a fully-configurable bucket of functions to the context menu. Too many to list here, but my favourite is having multiple program associations for any file type (e.g. easily open HTML files in one of several web development programs, text editors, or browsers). The Move To and Copy To areas are also very useful.
					PowerDesk		Mijenix		Windows Explorer on steroids, plus a bunch of integrated tools for managing your files and drives more effectively. View files in multiple panes, convert graphic formats, use integrated archiving, encrypt files, synchronise folders, manage used disk space, etc. It also extends Windows' common file dialogs by making them resizable with application-aware file and folder histories.
					FreeSpace		Mijenix		Selectively compress files and folders to save disk space. The process is completely transparent to your applications and you can use the compressed files exactly as before.
					Tardis		HC Mingham-Smith Ltd		Synchronise your PC's time to a network or internet time server. Tardis supports multiple time protocols and GPS devices, and can provide time services in its own right.
