From Castle Rock you follow the rocky shoreline. On rounding Clontarf Point you see houses again for the first time since Forty Baskets.

This is a quiet, sunny little corner and if you are lucky (read mid week) you may find you have it all to yourself. There is not much here in the way of amenities but that is part of its charm. You will find food and toilets further on at Clontarf Reserve, your next stop.
