Inner South Head from Grotto Point

Here the track stops its run towards the south and makes a turn to the west. This is the entrance to Middle Harbour. A short diversion will take you down to the small light house on the tip of Grotto point. You can just see the tip of the lighthouse above the trees in the picture on the right. From here you can look south west towards Balmoral beach on the southern shore and west down into Middle Harbour towards the Spit Bridge our final destination.
