Belgian Shepherd and Japanese Spitz Puppies

Moonshadow Kennels, Australia

Moonshadow puppies are fully-pedigree and registered with Council and Dogs NSW, they are vet health checked, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and raised on a high quality puppy diet. They make wonderful loyal and loving family companions and also have the ability to excel in show and obedience/agility arenas.  As we are retired, our puppies are genuinely raised in our home and lovingly handled from birth.  We have such confidence in our breeding program and the health and soundness of our puppies that all puppies are fully guaranteed.  Please feel free to visit us to meet our dogs and see their environment.  Please contact us with any questions and for additional information.

Our most recent litter was a Tervueren Belgian Shepherd litter born on 14 November, 2014, which was a repeat of our very successful Dream and Skeet Tervueren litter born 10 April, 2012. Further information on our 2014 litter can be found by clicking here.

Our most recent Groenendael Belgian Shepherd litter was born on 1 February, 2013. The parents were our lovely gentle girl Dancer and the handsome and affectionate Groenendael male Trillion.  We had 7 lovely puppies, 2 girls and 5 boys, all of whom have now gone to loving homes. For further details on this litter, including pictures of the puppies at various stages and their new families, click here.

Whilst we have given consideration to having further litters, possibly including a Japanese Spitz litter, we have no specific plans.  Check this webpage in the future for further information as it becomes available.

About Moonshadow puppies...

We are a small specialist kennel and, since 1995, we have been devoted to the Belgian Shepherd Groenendael & Tervueren. Since 2011 we have also developed an interest in the delightful Japanese Spitz. While we have yet to have a litter of Japanese Spitz puppies ourselves, we plan to in the future.

We are dedicated show exhibitors and breed selectively, for quality rather than quantity.  We breed for excellence in type, health, temperament and soundness.  Thus all our breeding pairs are health-checked, hip-scored and eye-tested, and we do not breed with parents that have known hereditary health problems such as epilepsy or hip dysplasia.

We live in Bowral, New South Wales, on an acre, and our puppies are lovingly raised in our home in clean country air.

We pride ourselves on providing well socialised puppies, and all are introduced to other people and children during those important first few weeks of growth and development.  We feed our Dam and her puppies with top quality food, and provide a stimulating play environment for our puppies.

All puppies are registered with Council & with Dogs New South Wales (also known as the Royal NSW Canine Council). The puppies are vaccinated, microchipped, wormed with Bayer products, treated with Bayer Advantage (flea prevention), and have full veterinary health checks.

A Puppy Manual and helpful printed information is provided with all our puppies, and we offer lifetime Breeder support.

Our puppies are available to dog-friendly, loving homes, and make wonderful, loyal, loving family pets and companions, and can also excel in the show, obedience and agility rings.

Breeder information and support is always available, and we are able to provide contact referees who are willing to attest to the quality of our puppies and the breeder support that we provide.

Please feel free to visit us to meet our puppies and their parents.

We live in Bowral, a small pretty tourist village situated halfway between Sydney and Canberra,

just over an hours’ drive from Sydney Airport.
