SOWPODS Four-Letter Words (RRP $13 Aus)

The current (fourth) edition as of 2003 is fully SOWPODS, in that all words are grouped together with no differentiation whether the word is of OSW or OSPD origin.

This 60 page, A5 booklet presents four-letter words in a way that is conducive to learning. A master list is included which lists every allowable four letter word (other than plurals of threes) with a code to define the word's part of speech. All front and back hooks are listed, with hooks to common words omitted. Definitions of all adjectives, verbs and heavy letter words formed by hooking are given.

A separate chapter is devoted to four-letter words which are not formed by hooking from a three. Definitions are included for all such words. The final chapters define common fours that have unusual verb and noun forms.
