The wine has a great balance of fruit and oak, displaying ripe spicy earthy flavours and is drinking well now and into the future.

Our first straight varietal which has been made in a traditional french method - barrel fermented in new and used oak for 8 months. The grapes were sourced from the Frankland sub-region of the Great Southern. Showing great fruit flavours integrating with the vanilla oak characteristics. This wine is suitable for long term cellaring.
