Our sojourn commenced on 1 May 2002. From Sydney through outback Queensland via the New England, Burnett, Dawson, Capricorn and Landsborough Highways to Cloncurry. On to the Northern Territory via Mt Isa and Camooweal. The stretch from the Isa to Camooweal is 187km, 105km of which was then single lane. A roadtrain loomed over many blind crests. After being on the road for 3 years, we have now settled in south
