A finely potted English creamware tea canister of cylindrical shape printed in black with a rare variation of “The Tea Party” pattern on one side and a seated shepherd to the reverse. The table has a cloth on it which is very unusual and is not recorded on Liverpool or Worcester. c.1775. Height 11.5cm. There is restoration to the neck, it appears to be a small (2.5cm) wedge shaped piece which has been professionally restored.
