Minton Teapot Stand - 1825
A Minton teapot stand of rectangular shape and indented rim, boldly painted in pink, with a gilt rim and an inner gilt dentil border and additional flourishes of rich gilding around the pink design. c.1812-14. Length 19.5cm. Unmarked but pattern 833. See Godden’s “Minton Pottery & Porcelain of the First Period c.1793-1845” plate 15 for a marked example of this pattern.
