Scheduling and Networking Job Submission
Jol has an inbuilt facility to allow you set up a job network.  

You can ccode:
  
 
  submit Job1 and Job2;
  submit Job3 after Job1 and Job2 ended;
  ON MONDAY SUBMIT PAYJOB;


How simple is that?

Download the Jol Scheduling and Network documentation, and check it out.  It will submit standard JCL, too.
IBM MVS Z/OS version 
IBM Mainframe MVS Jol Programs, complete with Macro language files and menus. The small Installation Guide is included (the full System Programmer Guide is not necessary for installation).

NOTE: You must Unzip with the Unpack -d Directory Option to a directory called Jol.  That is, \jol or \Jol - case is not significant.
