Charlie was one of two girls born in Dakotas final litter in September 06, with her chocolate sister, Indi.  Charlie has a beautiful nature and loves nothing more than a cuddle and to be be with us.  And, after a shy start, has started to blossom into a beautiful dog with lovely temperment.  Charlie has made her debut in the show ring coming second in the baby puppy bitch class at her first Border Collie speciality show in Febuary.  Since then she has taken numerous Challenges, RUBOBs and BOBs.  She has also done extremelly well at Group level winning numerous Minor Puppy, Puppy and Junior in group awards. After spending more time out of coat then in, on the 20/3/09 at Tweed River Canine Club, Charlie gained the last few points she needed to become our second homebred Australian Champion and third champion for Nakiva.  Charlie is also showing her versatility by gaining her Herding Instince certificate at the Border Collie club of QLD trials on 11/7/09.  Charlie will now take some time out for her first litter and will then be looking towards her Herding title and starting training in obedience.
