The concept of the Ideas flow is a progression of Berkeley's concept of idea. All experience of reality whether Inside or outside, can be understood as an ideas flow.

There is a personal source of all idea, and ideas exist in a dynamic and complex flow, between speaker and hearer, not as as an independent static concept. Whilst the term 'flow' infers time (and time itself can be understood as an ideas flow) the concept 'ideas flow' could also be stated less temporally as a resonance of idea.

As all idea is personally sourced, and personally perceived, an ideas flow has an intrinsically moral dimension, dependent on the speaking hearing dynamic it exists between. The nature of the speaking, and the nature of the hearing.

Evil can be seen as a confused or corrupted ideas flow.

Creation is fundamentally good, and sourced in good - the dynamic of the flow between God the Creator, and His receptive Other, Wisdom.

Everything needs to exist within the context of an ideas flow or resonance. Nothing exists alone, everything has being within a context. To be excluded from an ideas flow is death.

Without participation in an ideas flow on multiple levels, humans experience sensory deprivation, loneliness, mental instability. We can deliberately choose to say no to a particular flow, to enter a deeper more personal flow. And in this case we can experience a darkness or a yearning.

As all ideas are primarily sourced in person, the fundamental need to be within an ideas resonance or flow, is actually the need for inter-personal communion.  Addiction however, is a desire to be in a rapid ideas flow, for its own sake, without attention to the personal sources or the personal inside reality of all idea within the Word. Addiction promises but doesn't deliver, increasing hunger that can never be satisfied.

Given the ideas flows of creation have been corrupted by contact with the closed Other, the fundamental nature of reality can best be understood in looking to their archetype, the holy resonance .
