I began my (short) novel-writing career by trying a couple of Star
Trek novels, which I soon found I had no chance of having published.
One of them was amenable to rewriting, so I removed all traces of
Trek. Still no interest, so here it is.
Its name is The Girl Who Knew Too Much.
I should point out that the novel is about 62,000 words, which may
make it rather long for downloading. It is a murder mystery, so
don't go reading the end!
There is a prologue, 18 chapters, and an epilogue:
Prologue
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Chapter 4
Chapter 5
Chapter 6
Chapter 7
Chapter 8
Chapter 9
Chapter 10
Chapter 11
Chapter 12
Chapter 13
Chapter 14
Chapter 15
Chapter 16
Chapter 17
Chapter 18
Epilogue.
The other was a novel, also about 62000 words. I put it here in the
hope that an agent will see it, becoming so enamoured of it that he
or she will want to sell it to Pocket Books.
It is called, Or Not to Be..
This one contains characters copyrighted by Paramount, and is not
intended to infringe those rights. It may not be copied, or used in
any way for profit.
..or you can read this little parody
attempt.
Or a shortish Voyager story, also containing characters copyrighted by Paramount, and not intended to infringe those rights.
Oh, well, I might as well put the original version of
The Girl Who Knew Too Much here too. You
might like to compare it with the de-Trekked version.
Or you can give up already and go back.
