I'd have to say I was not impressed by Acapulco.

We were driven over roads which appeared to have been given minimal maintenance (although that can be a problem in the tropics) past signs sloshed on freehand. Road rules seemed mysterious, though we hit nobody, even when we went down a one-way street the wrong way.

Our first stop was for a little cruise on a big lake. Here are a couple of shots:

This was a view from near the ship:

Two views of the streets, with the fleets of Volksvagens, and a view from Deck 12.

We were taken to a factory where jewellery is made, which didn't interest me or others in my group (our table), but we were stuck there a while.

Finally we were taken to a place where there was a drink, and some traditional dancing. (And the women were wearing traditional bicycle pants underneath.)
