Disney's MGM Studios, Orlando.
I had the impression that MGM studios was not as big as the other parks, but I could be wrong. I didn't see everything, in spite of making a few visits. I didn't take the Rockin' Roller Coaster, and I believe it was very good.
I kept dropping in to catch the Indiana Jones Stunt Show, and missing it, but eventually I got there:
The first time I missed I went to a sound show, with Drew Carey, Sounds Dangerous, and it was excellent. It was mostly in the dark!
Something I enjoyed was the Tower of Terror, a lift that lets you down! The colour in this picture seems a bit off, but you get the idea.
As in most parks, wandering entertainers played to the crowd.

There were also plenty of indoor things like the 3D Muppet show (where you got sprayed with water) and the Little Mermaid, and a live show, Beauty and the Beast:
