The ship's photographer had a lovely Nikon digital camera, and pictures were taken against a green screen, which mysteriously became any sort of background he desired, so we found ourselves sitting on the bridge of a starship when we got the finished result.

Rumour has it that the helicopter landing deck is to be painted a flat green before the next cruise!

This was the best organised shoot I have seen. My first Alaska one took all morning. This time they isolated all those getting pictures alone, and ran them through, then did the groups later.


After the pictures, the actors stayed around and gossiped with anybody.
