*        Editor of QUALITY Australia the Business Improvement Journal-the official journal of the Australian Organisation for Quality (AOQ). This is a quarterly Journal in which editorial is published that is of interest to entry level persons, the quality professional and researches in the field. The distribution of 5,000 is to AOQ members and middle and senior managers Australia wide.
