Tanker Loading and Unloading
The product flow can be accurately measured and analysed. If the product isn't accurately sampled – as a true isokinetic sample to ISO 3171; API Ch. 8 Sect. 2 – it's easy to have an error. How much will this represent to the supplier or the customer on a full tanker load?
