This new, very large two storey house has it all. Big enough for 2 families or for those who like a lot of space and quality. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs (one is an ensuite to the main) and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. The three bedrooms upstairs open onto verandahs through french doors. It has a 12.5 metre salt water pool which the front verandah over looks with an adjacent bbq area. It has a high vaulted ceiling in the large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen upstairs with glimpses of Picnic Bay (which is 200m away) from the 3.6m wide verandah. It has all the latest equipment in the kitchen including dishwasher and wine fridge It's a short stroll to the golf course and country club and close to the Picnic Bay beach and jetty, great for swimming and fishing, and not forgetting the hotel, TAB, restaurants and shops. The house is fully air conditioned upstairs and down. The house also has TV, DVD and CD stereo systems upstairs and downstairs.
