This new, very large two story house has it all. Big enough for 2 or more families to holiday together & share the cost (SLEEPS max 15), or for those who like a lot of space. Upstairs, it has a large modern Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms plus a Nursery room (off main), 2 Bathrooms (ensuite to main) & large open plan Living area. All rooms have French doors opening onto majestic Verandahs overlooking serene Picnic Bay. Downstairs, it has another Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and large open plan Living area that opens up onto a cool, shady Patio with BBQ. The 12.5m Swimming Pool with shade cloth adjoins. There is bedding for a maximum of 7 persons + baby upstairs with Queen Bed in main, Double Decker in 2nd & 2 Singles in 3rd. Hire Cot is available upon request. Downstairs can sleep 8 with 2 Queen Beds in bedrooms and 2 Double fold out Sofa Beds in the living area. All beds are made up. The house is fully Air Conditioned with TV, DVD & CD stereo systems upstairs and down. It’s a short stroll (200m) to the Beach, Esplanade, Patrolled Swimming enclosure, Jetty, Hotel/TAB & Restaurants. The Golf Club is close by in the other direction.
