God is Good

Matthew 19:16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

Matthew 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

Because I know of God's great mercy and love first hand. For I am not perfect!

YET HE LOVES ME AND YOU!

Temptation is everywhere, if you say you have never been tempted then you are either not saved or sitting in a corner facing the wall.

ALL Christians are tempted everyday who are walking with God. The enemy is trying to prove to God that we are not worthy.
Jesus is our key to open God's great mercy and love. Everyday I need his love and mercy. My workplace is full of temptation, lust, pride , gossipping, swearing , theft to name but a few. I am always surrounded by people who saved and unsaved. I pray when ever I can. Sometime my mind wonders and soon the evils of this world start knocking at the door.
What, I hear you say. He let himself get tempted.

I love this statement by Jesus.

John 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
