The 'Start' button has been replaced.

'My Documents' is renamed also.

The 'Recycle Bin' has been named something more fitting:

'Control Panel' also has a new name.

The[C:] drive is now called this instead:

'Yes', 'No', and 'Cancel' are no longer used.

'Help Topics' has been replaced:

The computer no longer makes you click an American 'OK' but a proper Aussie "You Ripper".
