Level 1 Brown Sash - Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu advanced - Final Step

Synopses
Brown Sash, L1, the final step before Black Sash. No new curriculum to learn but plenty of work to do to prepare for the full two day Black Sash grading! You will be graded on every technique you have learned from Grey Sash to now, every Kick, Punch, Block, Strike, Elbow, Forearm, Knee, Shin and Stance; and all need to be passed with an 80% or higher just to pass.

There are some learning to be made and items to be completed including;

  1. perceptions and seeing
  2. introduction to System Thinking
  3. Attitude Skill Energy, the 3 treasures
  4. C'eing the right way, the 8 C's of a Shaolin Kung Fu Australia senior
  5. Liang-I 5 laws and 5 Life Guides

The grading commences at the beginning of the 12 months with the creation of a Statement of Understanding and finishes with a 2½ day live & open grading.

No book for this one, as you need to write the book. You have 12 months!

As part of the preparations, the Brown Sash creates 10 scenarios and solutions including strategy and attitude descriptions; 2 for each animal and 2 for his favorite.
