Synopses
With the completion of this level you will be promoted to Red Sash and you will have completed the Primary Levels of Shaolin Kung Fu. Once you successfully grade to Red Sash you are no longer a junior but an adept of Shaolin Kung Fu.
This level has you learning about Stamina, Endurance, Patience and Focus. And you will need this as to successfully complete this level as you need to successfully regrade all the levels so far (Grey, White, Yellow, Orange) and grade this the Green Sash!
You will also be introduced to the 7 Senses of Focus, looking at you Needs and having a different look at Yourself. As usual the next principle of Accelerated Learning is introduced. You will also review your Social Life Balance and look at the L5 Vital Points, Shoulders and Pelvis.
The Snake aspect of Shaolin Kung Fu and series of Dragon Exercises put together with the other 3 Animal forms from the previous levels will see you having learned the Shaolin 5 Animal Form. With this you can compete successfully in any country in the world.
All in all a very worthy level to complete your 'Primary' aspect of Shaolin Kung Fu and move up in to the Secondary level of your training, the Red Sash to Brown Sash levels.

This being the last of the Foundation Levels and also introducing you to the most precise and quick animal, the green Sash Workbook is dedicated to 'Speed & Precision"! The last of the Basic Vital Points are covered and of course, this level completes the Shaolin 5 Animal Form with the 4th and Final Frame, Snake.

The Companion DVD covers, again, all the items you need for this level!

Snake is the domain of Dim Mak and Pressure Point Striking; although, striking pressure points is not the only way of controlling an opponent. This routine uses 4 different specific pressure points to debilitate the attacker.

By now, you will be very versed with the Ancient Kama Square Stepping
