Synopses
The Orange Sash Is the last of the Foundation levels. It completes the basis for the next 6 levels and is considered equally as important as the previous three. It is also a deciding level as those who put the effort in to these for levels will be more likely to complete their train all the way to Black Sash
There is some very cool stuff on this level which will be introduced to you. The concept of the 5 S's of all physical movement and exercise including Speed (Timing, Coordination, Control and Perfection. We look at the perfect diet, 5 levels of learning and the 4th Accelerated Learning Guide. We also explore the strengths and weaknesses of the human next for our level 4 Vital Points.
The techniques on this level take a different twist. Where in the past two levels you learned low, strong stances, in this level, dedicated to the Crane, you practice high, lite and some very advanced stances including the Crane Stance (made popular in the movie Karate Kid). The 3 Blocking Palms complete the family of 5 Palm Blocks started in the previous level. Where in the previous level you h ad Whipping Punches, in this level the punches are like Hammers and Rakes; Hands like Axe's and Swords. Even the Elbow is the immenetly efficient Spear Elbow, together with the Spear Knee (Again!). Combine this with some of the most powerful kick, able to lift a person of the ground; you have a combination of Yin and yang techniques all on this final foundation level!
