You learn the 2nd set of two stances that make up the pillars of power (in stances), two very interesting palm Strikes (That later turn in to powerful Animal techniques) and three very key punches, one which was very often used by Muhamm ad Ali, one that is a devastating Animal technique and one that combines with a bloke to make an almost unbeatable combination!
