Synopses

The Yellow Sash is an exciting level and even more aspects of Animal Kung Fu are introduced. It is again an important levels as it looks at the function of your back and posture to achieve a powerful style. As with each level another aspect of Accelerated learning is introduced as well as "The Three A's" of self protection. You also learn about the 10 key vital points on the head!

You learn the 2nd set of two stances that make up the pillars of power (in stances), two very interesting palm Strikes (That later turn in to powerful Animal techniques) and three very key punches, one which was very often used by Muhamm ad Ali, one that is a devastating Animal technique and one that combines with a bloke to make an almost unbeatable combination! The blocks are short an quick as the kicks a powerful and long, the elbow technique sudden and the knee unusual. This is rounded of with some exhilarating systems, the Fast Panther Set and Crane Choke escapes

A very rewarding level with a high degree of intriguing techniques, combinations and 2 types of Sparring!
