Synopses
The White Sash is another foundation level in the Shaolin Kung Fu Australia System and compliments the first, grey Sash level superbly! Continuing to build on the first level, some very important new techniques as well as technical variations are introduced to you on this level. You will learn about the 'other' 4 Shaolin Gates, Breathing both the Eastern and Western Views, Shaolin Kung Fu foundation as well as being introduced to the concept of Chi.
Technically, this level is very right. Again you will learn a technique that was considered to be a great and precious secret as well as being the foundation to a whole martial art style. You will learn the king of all stances, Dragon Stance and the foundation of all Stances, Horse Stance. In addition you will learn the powerful Kama Square, Stance Horse and Stance Dragon (secretly trained on Junkets before the Boxer Rebellion by Hung Gar practitioners).
All in all you get a full level with some astounding techniques, knowledge and Strategies. Following is a full listing of the White Sash AMA, that which you need to know to be promoted to Yellow Sash on your way to the 1st Degree Black Sash!
