The Grey Sash Cyber Kung Fu pack is the foundation to the series. It is possibly one of the most important of all in the way of introducing both novice and experienced practitioners. The techniques on this pack are fundamental and important and many of the advanced techniques are founded, based or just variations of these. There are also two "Secret" techniques. Techniques that for many, many years were considered a style secret and only taught to the most worthy and diligent students.
You will also be introduced you to the concept of Shaolin Gates and will learn the first and possibly most important now days. You will also learn the first of 8 Accelerated Learning Guides, the 10 Laws of Shaolin Kung Fu and how you will grade and be promoted. As you can see, there is a lot to be hand and an honorable way to earn your first sash!

 Shaolin Kung Fu Self Paced Home Training Program Grey & White Sash

A traditional Drill that puts several techniques together; sometimes for practicality and sometime to challenge the student.

Sifu 2nd Degree Sarah Scerri, demonstrating the 300 year old stepping method (Kama Square). This develops your leg strength, movement accuracy and leg power, even on a small space (is believed to have been developed on Chinese Junkets to train fighters in secret)
