Shaolin Kung Fu
Founded in 495/7 CE, Shaolin developed it's first exercises around 537/9 CE. Originally based on Yoga and Tibetan Lama Kung Fu, Shaolin Kung Fu went through a number of phases from the 72 Fist Kung Fu, possibly the most practical fighting, to 5 Animal Kung Fu, which is the best and safest martial art in the world. But Shaolin also had to defend against weaponed attackers and for this they first learned Weaponry and then trained how to defend against weaponry with their bare hands. A truly great art!
Shaolin Cyber Kung Fu
Shaolin Kung Fu has survived almost 1500 years because of it's adaptability. It has been taught in secret places, different countries, in temples, private houses, organizations and now it is available for home training. And this is the full program! Cyber students are welcome to Grade with us at our 3 Annual grading's or by Video, your Choice. The curriculum is identical to the one taught in our Kwoons. A Black Sash graduate can choose to complete Instructor Training Program and will be authorized and supported to teach in their own venue!
Three Complete Options
All three Shaolin Cyber programs, 5 Animal Kung Fu, 72 Fist Kung Fu and Traditional Chinese Weaponry, have a path to Black Sash and a post Black Sash program. The Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu has all the pack to Black Sash, Weaponry at this time only the Shaolin Staff 1 & 2 and 72 Fist the first 8 Fists. Depending on the need both the Cyber Weapons Program and the Cyber 72 Fist Program will be completed to Black Sash and Beyond.
Who can train with the Shaolin Cyber Program
No martial art experience in needed! Everything is covered in a plain and simple way. Even if your English is very limited, the DVD's are easy to follow. Every item is explain in Word, Picture & Action!Current Shaolin Kung Fu students using the Shaolin Cyber Packs are in over 62 countries around the world. There are many and varied reasons to want to train Shaolin Kung Fu and the Cyber Program;

Less Expensive and More Convenient than joining a martial art school!
It is best to have a look at this in perspective. The Shaolin Kung Fu and Traditional Chinese Weaponry Academy recommends around 25 to 35 training sessions before grading to the next level. At an average price of $10 per class this would be around $300 for one level, $600+ for two levels. The Shaolin Cyber Kung Fu DVD set is only $179 for both levels! Shaolin Cyber Kung Fu compares very favorably in costs as compared to training in a martial art school.
