Glen Eira has Caulfield Racecourse, Yarra Yarra Golf Club, over 40 parks and gardens, two large swimming complexes, a recreation centre, two athletics tracks, a velodrome, public tennis courts and 36 sporting facilities including Liang-I Shaolin Kung Fu.

The sporting oval on the corner of Dandenong Rd and Railway Avenue, Caulfield East Reserve is now home to the Griffin Kwoon of Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu. It is a beautiful location, only 3½ minutes from Caulfield Railway station with plenty of green space, parking and an almost secluded location towards the back of the green space.

The venue inside is spacious, light and airy, just right for kung fu, 3 treasure and meditation training. There is enough space for all with space for sitting and training. There is also plenty of off-street free parking available and in summer plenty of park to train and relax in.
