  Marshal Graziani Italy  
  MARSHAL Rodolfo Graziani was Governor of Libya. He was also Commander-in-Chief of Italian forces in North Africa till March 1941. Graziani had replaced Marshal Italo Balbo - who was shot down over Tobruk by his own guns on 28 June 1940. Graniani was in turn replaced by Bastico in July 1941.
