Prochem Pipeline Products is an Australian owned group of companies specialising in the supply of stainless steel to industry. We have 7 branches across the country dedicated to the supply of Piping & Instrumentation products.
Our Piping Products division offers a wide range of seamless or welded buttweld fittings and pipe, a full range of socket weld fittings, flanges and Prochem manufactured threaded product (BSP and NPT). Our comprehensive stocking program is complemented by an international network of suppliers of products in stainless steels (including duplex and super duplex), nickel based alloys and other specialist materials. The Piping Products range is rounded out by the agency for Deutsch’s Pyplok range of weld free pipe joint couplings.
Our Instrumentation division offers a comprehensive range of fittings and valves which are stocked and sold exclusively by Prochem in our capacity as the Australian agents for such large OEM’s as Hoke, Circle-Seal, Ives Valves and Go Regulators. The Instrumentation stock range includes Gyrolok compression fittings, Hoke Instrument Valves (ball and needle), Circle-Seal ball and check valves, Go regulators, Ives Valves gauge valves, needle valves, manifolds, monoflanges and Problocs. We can also supply Butech high pressure tube, fittings & valves to 150,000 psi.
Fully trained technical and commercial staff throughout Australia supports Prochem’s products. Our manufacturing operation is capable of producing large quantities of standard threaded fittings for project requirements as well as manufacturing to customer specifications.

Prochem Pipeline Products has serviced all major resource projects since 1956. Customers include: BP, Woodside, Alcoa, Worsley Iluka Resources, Wesfarmers CSBP, WMC, TiWest, Chevron, Epic Energy, Anaconda Murrin Murrin, Apache Energy, Dampier Salt, Millenium Inorganic Chemicals, Nabalco, Moura Ammonia Nitrate, Queensland Fertilisers, Iona Gas Gathering Victoria, Century Zinc Queensland.
