['TORG' Role-Playing Game]
| Name: Tetsura
Codename: 'Intelspike 326195'
Gender / Species / Occupation: Female Human, age 24. Former Kanawa agent. Storm Knight.
Status: Inactive |

General: Tetsura was raised and educated by Kanawa Corp, never knowing any other way of life. Her first solo assignment was operating undercover as a low-level functionary in Doc Mobius's HQ. When her cover was eventually blown, Kanawa decided that liquidation was more cost-effective than rescue. Various folks then tried to kill Tetsura, but she went on the run and was rescued by the Player-Group in LA. Upon discovering how her loyalty to Kanawa had been repaid, Tetsura had little hesitation in turning against her former employers (that durn 'Law Of Betrayal' again!).
Since then, Tetsura has met deities, dinosaurs, horrors, supers, and a lot of other very strange folks (including combinations of the above!) - many of which have been party members at one time or another. In the process, she has also discovered that she is a clone, one of many created by Kanawa specifically for Black Ops. Having been forced to kill several 'sisters' in self defense, and watch others die horribly because of "loyalty implants" (hers was defective, and later removed), Tetsura would love to bring down Kanawa - but she has no wish to die in the process.
Personal: Her original programming made for a degree of ruthlessness verging on outright sociopathy, tempered only by conditioned loyalty to Kanawa. In short, a terrific spy but definitely not a nice person.
This began to change in the Nile Empire. The straightforward 'Good Versus Evil' conflicts were very appealing, and the examples of numerous Heroes and Villains opened her mind to possibilities far beyond Kanawa. This was reinforced by the Storm Knight group that rescued her - most of whom came from Core Earth, the Living Land, and the Nile Empire.
Since then, the former Kanawa agent has rapidly risen to become a mainstay of her former rescuers, routinely acting as their recon and covert ops specialist, and even on occasion as the group's conscience. Tetsura's social skills have progressed considerably, to the point where she now tends to wisecrack during fights. She has also become very fond of Core Earth literature, particularly 'Sherlock Holmes'.
In general, Tetsura has grown a lot, and likes what she has become.
Schtick: Very high level martial artist. Fondness for hang-gliding - often uses one for long-range scouting or infiltration missions. Assorted covert ops gimmickry, primarily low-tech and non-magical.
Tetsura tends to "fade out" of lengthy discussions / arguments / stand-offs, go solve the problem (or at least find out more about it), then return and quietly rejoin the group as if nothing has happened.
Noteworthy For... : Judo-flipping a large (8' tall) Velociraptor. Twice.
Darnedest Thing She Ever Witnessed: An "Obsessed Avenger" Pulp Hero (a fellow teammate) 'shoot down' two hostile jet fighters with a radio and his Intimidation skill. One pilot became so frightened that he lost control and collided with his wingman!
