Montrose Congregation

The Montrose Presbyterian Church commenced on Sunday, September 25 1994 as an outreach of St Johns in Hobart's northern suburbs. The building was formerly the Glenorchy Gospel Chapel in Islington Road. Steve Warwick is the part-time pastoral worker for the congregation. The weekly worship service is at 10.00 am and is followed by a morning tea.

 

Sunday School operates at the same time as the worship service and caters for children from 4 upwards.

 

The youth work is tied in with St Johns and meets on Friday evenings.

 

Growth Group meetings alternate with a combined prayer meeting at St Johns at 188 Macquarie Street on Wednesdays.
