Contributions should be forwarded as attachments to email in text (ASCII) format or formatted HTML files. Please also include any relevant images in GIF or JPEG format along with any relevant permissions & credits. Please note that hEARd does not have the funds to offer payment for submitted articles & submissions are made on a volunteer basis.
All articles included should be either your own work or submitted with permission of the author of the work.
Articles submitted for inclusion should be on an 'as is' basis & should be self censored with the normal censoring such as p#@$, f$#%, s%#$ etc...
All files downloaded by hEARd are checked for virus infection by the latest virus detection software, updated each month & any infected files are immediately deleted. Any email including infected files will be forwarded to the ISP of the email account with details of the infected file & action requested against the perpretrator of the virus attachent.
