Strange Attractors And The Historic End Game


Evolutionary tendency is to form permanent monads around special attractors. Galaxies, solar systems, and human societies are examples of this tendency. Given this ineluctable property of complex systems and the current level of social and political turbulence on Earth, the emergent imperative is of organisation around a single attractor. This finds expression in divers trends toward globalism and the New Word Order of which it is spoken. While these terms have an inherent sinister ring among conspiracy scholars, the idea of a unified global society is not prima-facie unattractive. It would seem to be rather the first condition of a true lasting peace.

From the esoteric point of view, social unity derives from initiation - the process by which a man or woman attains oneness with the supramundane attractor, which is God. While the relevant theory is developed elsewhere, let it be emphasised that this God is not a God-out-there, but the universal godhead within. The inner connection with the ‘cosmic centre’ sets a human soul
or star in orbit such that serious conflict with other stars is impossible.

The means of initiation have historically been guarded; in relatively recent times they have become part of the public domain. What this denotes is the seed-stage of spiritual evolution
the seed of esoteric knowledge has ‘worked’ free from its carrier husks of fraternal organisations, and now stands alone. Yet this does not mean that the so-called mysteries are widely appreciated, except in a vulgar fashionable sense. The true mysteries are hidden as ever in the secret sanctuary of the human temple. Initiation does not widely obtain.

In its absence it has become a political expedient to legislate for unity. This is evident in the moral fashion of the age - that of political correctness - and in the said forays into globalism. That this approach
a makeshift in lieu of the real thing must fail, is a foregone conclusion. One cannot legislate for human decency, much less, unity. The attempt to do so is symbolised by the archetypal Tower of Babel, the end of which is confusion.

We see this exemplified in the realm of scientific and humane discourse. The era designated modern was characterised by the method of analytical reductionism. The idea is to explain reality by reference to the most fundamental level of description discernable. While looking for this level
in physics, the most fundamental or elementary of particles it became apparent that it probably does not exist in the objective domain. It was found rather that subject and object of consciousness form an irreducible feedback loop in any observation that we care to make. This recognition should have ended science as we know it and ushered in the greatest paradigm shift since the Renaissance. Yet, evidently for ideological reasons, the implicit revolution in thought was subverted with the pretence of business as usual. Insofar as the scientific paradigm underlies the greater realm of humane discourse, human progress has been subverted.

In its place is the pseudo-progress of the phase we call postmodern. Among the deplorable examples of this pervasive imposture is literary theory with its ultra-deconstructionist bent. That there are no ultimate atoms of meaning, that meaning derives from constructs of irreducible complexity - this would appear as given. Yet fetishistic fascination is accorded the quasi magical properties of language, with the implied notion that the process of analysis will yield some ultimate point of view. From a spiritual perspective this is but the adumbration of sorcery
the rearranging of elements for temporary effect.

While incapable of formal proof, the implication of modernism is that analysis at the phenomenal interface may be performed ad infinitum. There is no rational end to deconstruction. Nature, as it were, is infinitely deep, where this depth is a function of the analytical way of seeing. The rational / reductionist stance is thus without foundation as it elaborates mental space in a virtual realm of infinite extent. The incommensurate ratio - as of rational finitude in an ocean of infinite complexity - indicates that the said process is incapable of closure. Without an end to analysis, moreover, there can be no ultimate synthesis. This is to say
within the realm of reason.

When this becomes apparent, the evolutionary imperative implicit in our theory calls for a superior faculty - the intuition - to take the helm. Intuition, in this context, is the faculty which orders our myriad impressions into a sensible meaningful whole. It does so moment by moment, and were it to cease, the universe of experience would immediately disintegrate. Unlike the reason, which requires an infinite number of steps to arrive at any proposition, this higher faculty arrives at its resultant instantaneously. This intuitive leap is called, in magical theory, the crossing of the abyss, where the abyss is synonymous with the rational / conceptual mind itself.

On the intuitive plane obtains the Angel - the Logos or Archetype - the creative Word, which manifests as the experiential universe. Nature, realty, the universal given - however designated
manifests as a creative choice on this plane. Ascent to this cognitive domain represents the spiritual high calling by which humanity partakes of the creative godhead. Souls in this realm are nourished and sustained by appreciation of the Mystery, the depth of which is never exhausted. In other words, information or meaning is the sustenance of the soul.

Failure to make this transition results in a mind of stasis in the abyss of reason. But due to the infinite regress now apparent, the tendency is to grasp for some arbitrary semantic fixture
some creed or construct, fixed and final to provide a simulacrum of stability in the quicksand of unbounded ratiocination. This, of course, is the phenomenon of fundamentalism of idolatry and conceptual fetishism. It is marked not only by stasis, it also represents an intellectually closed sphere. This sphere, in keeping with the universal second law of thermodynamics, is subject to entropy disintegration which, in the conscious domain, is hell.

The evolutionary thrust, as codified in the initiatory systems of true religion, thus leads to a bifurcation of the stream of consciousness. Few are they who appear to make the transition into trans-rational communion with the Mystery, such that initiation portends to be rather a minority phenomenon. By contrast, many are they who appear increasingly bound by the self-referential iterations of the post-modern impasse. It is surmised that the dividing stream of consciosness will eventually precipitate a split into parallel universes as per the many-worlds theory of quantum physics. For insofar as the primary attractor in the realm of consciousness is the universal creator
the supreme being, by definition there is no room for two such beings in the same universe. Rapture, ascension, translation such are the terms in which this parting of the ways is generally couched. It is said of some that some such process has already been initiated.

Of this bifurcation it is said that it is a great gulf fixed
there is no crossing over after a certain defining subliminal moment, that of the end of the world. Yet in appearance there is great isomorphism between the parallel worlds. Both occupy a post-rational stage of intellectual development one by way of transcending the reason, the other by subversion of the same. In either case the time of discourse meaningful engagement is past, where meaningful denotes that which would make a difference. This is the incumbent phase of present Earth (1977 CE ?) such that global destiny is evident to the simple gaze. Nothing will change; the seeds of destiny will ripen. That is all.

As to the fallen world - that which consolidates around the idol of contrivance
it is aptly termed the Babylon Matrix, where Babylon is the ancient and archetypal institution of spiritual servitude. The agenda which disseminates from this hoary citadel is said to derive from inter-dimensional beings of reptilian cast. This alien seed purposes the spiritual subversion of the human race by way of a strange god a ‘strange’ attractor which is the false singularity of the abyss. It manifest in religion as the god-out-there in politics as ideology in science as the venerated paradigm. It is, in two words, arbitrary belief.

Such belief is necessarily after the nature of contrivance
it is not authentic faith as derives from revelation or insight on the intuitive plane, as evidenced by the irrational fanaticism displayed in its defence. This type of faith traps the believer in the outer darkness of the partial mind of discursive thought. Such a mind is inevitably subject to derealization due to the entropic effect of spiritual isolation. True faith, by contrast, engages reality, which engagement provides the context for spiritual revelation for meaningful concourse with the Mystery.

We observe in either scenario that humanity is recreated in the image of what it worships.
