Author's Bio

The Guitarist ~

Harald Kleemann studied guitar in his bedroom, as one self-taught or taught by the angels. Originally a rock and folk guitarist, he found his path through immersion in the contemplative traditions of the East. This led to an approach to his instrument with may be called intuitive, exploratory and improvisational. He has performed on occasion, as soloist and in small ensembles, in concerts, meditative, sacred and therapeutic gatherings, and for seven years led an experimental music channelling group.

The Writer, Poet and Philosopher ~

His original illumination was accompanied by a flood of inspirational poetry, resulting in several books of a profoundly magical kind. Later, as teacher of intuitive improvisation and writer / editor for the Australian Esoterica magazine, he began to develop his prose, producing articles, a succession of websites and eventually his book-lengh theses, Point Omega and Alien Initiations.

The Composer ~

In 2006, fulfilling a longstanding desire, the intuitive guitarist began to explore complex musical composition and arrangement, using software instruments and sequencers. He surprised himself with his almost exclusive focus to date on the symphony orchestra. Maybe this is where he feels safe, the orchestral comprising a ready-made ensemble of many voices with a vast tradition on which to draw.

The Mage ~

Appropriately predating his Christian illumination, namely in the world-historical context, is his identification with the perennial philosophy, the tradition of the Magi. An encounter, in the Australian antipodes, with an old-colonial vampire conclave was followed by introduction to wholesome doctrine and practice – first in the form of Eastern mysticism, then through the Astrum Argentum, the generic inner-plane order, representing the Western occult tradition.

The Soul with a Testimony of Christ ~

To identify as a Christian in the contemporary world is, of course, to invite misunderstanding, possibly incredulity and scorn. The intention in so doing, however, is not to avow a discredited belief-system or popular superstition. Instead I confess to a mystery which has essentially eluded the eyes of the world. For the wise I may add, as perhaps may be gleaned from my Christian writings, that I have glimpsed the manifestation of Malachi 4:5, Revelation 10:7 and cognate scriptures pertaining to the capstone prophetic ministry of the gentile church.
