Fixed Price Servicing

As new car warranty servicing is done by the book, HARE completes the service "as per book" or also known as "book service" in its entirety. This means the specified parts only are used and the labour element is the same. Therefore if the book states that a particular service should take 1.7 Hrs, HARE will only charge 1.7 Hrs (Even if HARE take 2 Hrs to complete the service). This takes the guess work out and the customer knows exactly what they will pay.
