property development sites in New South Wales and Queensland, centred on Sydney.
This list provides a list of
development opportunities whether it is apartments, townhouses, units,
refurbishments, subdivisions, commercial or industrial building sites or
even the sale of individual house blocks. The criteria is that the
property has development potential. |
All the sites on the list are,
to the best of our commercial knowledge, still available. Obviously the
market is dynamic and thus before we provide you with any information on
a particular site we will check to ensure that it is still available.
Prices quoted are those asked by
the vendor at the time the site was put on the list. The price may now
be different.
Graham Millar, is qualified as a property
valuer, whose main experience in 42 years in the industry has been
development management. Graham is probably most famously known for his
enunciation of the eponymously named Volatility Principle for the
Pricing of Development Sites.
